Myn is a transformational executive leader whose work is underpinned by the conviction that people’s participation in policy-making, in particular the inclusion of women and less heard voices, are game-changers for meaningful social transformation. She believes building trust, enhancing individual and organisational capacities, respecting local knowledge, meaning-making through creative expression and “action-reflection-action” are key strategies for incremental systemic change.
